1. About this service

Notes from Your Future Self is a personal reflection service offered by Con Fuego, Queensland, Australia ("we", "us"). The service is accessible at confuego.co.

By purchasing and using this service you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before purchasing. By completing your purchase you confirm you have read and understood the scope of this service.

2. What this service is

This service provides thoughtful, human-written perspective, reframes, and reflective questions in response to a personal situation you describe. It is a tool for self-reflection and personal clarity only.

This service is not:

• Professional psychological, psychiatric, or mental health treatment
• Legal, financial, or medical advice
• Counselling, therapy, or coaching
• Crisis support of any kind
• A substitute for professional support of any kind

Nothing in this service constitutes a professional advisory relationship of any kind. By purchasing you confirm you understand and accept these limitations.

3. What you receive

The Ember ($11.11 AUD): You submit a description of your situation in 100 words or under. You receive a human-written perspective, reframe, or set of reflective questions delivered by email within the timeframe confirmed at the time of purchase.

The Flame ($33.33 AUD): You submit a description of your situation in 300 words or under. You receive a short reflection followed by perspective, reframes, or reflective questions, delivered by email within the timeframe confirmed at the time of purchase.

The Ember Priority ($22.22 AUD): Same as The Ember, prioritised ahead of the standard queue.

The Flame Priority ($55.55 AUD): Same as The Flame, prioritised ahead of the standard queue.

Responses are delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, working email address.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card or payment details are never stored by us. Currency conversion for international purchases is handled automatically by your payment provider.

5. Refund policy

We offer a refund only in the following circumstance: your response is not delivered within the timeframe confirmed at the time of purchase.

No refunds are issued for any other reason, including but not limited to:

• Submissions that fall outside the scope of this service
• Dissatisfaction with the response received
• Change of mind after purchase
• Submissions relating to medical, legal, financial, or crisis matters

By purchasing this service you confirm you have read and understood what this service is and is not. Responsibility for ensuring your submission is within scope rests entirely with the buyer.

If your response has not been delivered within the confirmed timeframe, contact hello@confuego.co with your name and the email address used at purchase.

Note: Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are non-recoverable. In the event a refund is issued, the Stripe processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Scope limitations

This service is for personal reflection at crossroads moments, life decisions, and clarity-seeking situations only. This service will not respond to submissions involving:

• Medical symptoms, diagnoses, or treatment decisions
• Legal matters or legal advice
• Financial advice or investment decisions
• Crisis situations or acute mental health distress
• Any situation requiring a qualified professional

Submissions outside the scope of this service will not receive a response and no refund will be issued. The scope of this service is clearly stated before purchase and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their submission is appropriate.

7. Response format and discretion

Responses are written by a human and may include questions, reframes, perspective shifts, or direct observations. The format and content of each response is at the sole discretion of the responder. No specific format, length, or type of response is guaranteed beyond delivery within the confirmed timeframe.

8. Content consent

During checkout you are given the option to consent to your anonymised situation and response being used as examples in marketing and educational content. This is entirely optional and has no effect on the service you receive. If you provide this consent, your name, email address, and any identifying details will never appear. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting hello@confuego.co.

9. Marketing communications

During checkout you are given the option to opt in to occasional updates from Con Fuego, including the Con Fuego guide launch and longer form content, no more than once per week. This is entirely optional. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting hello@confuego.co.

10. Intellectual property

The responses we deliver to you are written for your personal use. You are welcome to share them privately. We retain the right to use anonymised versions of submitted situations and responses for content purposes where consent has been provided.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability in connection with this service is limited to the resupply of the service only. We are not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of engaging with this service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at confuego.co. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
