• The situation you submit as part of your purchase
• Payment information (processed and stored securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
• Whether you have provided content consent (optional tick box at checkout)
• Whether you have opted in to marketing communications (optional tick box at checkout)

We do not collect sensitive information beyond what you voluntarily share in your situation description.

3. How we use your information

Your information is used only to:

• Deliver your purchased service
• Contact you regarding your order if needed
• Send you Con Fuego updates if you have opted in

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep your information

Your submission and personal details are retained for 30 days from the date of delivery of your response, after which they are deleted. Email records may be retained for up to 90 days for administrative purposes.

If you have opted into Con Fuego marketing communications, your email address is retained until you unsubscribe.

Your submitted situation is handled with complete discretion and never shared publicly without your explicit consent. It is not used to train any AI system.

• Namecheap for domain registration
